1. Definitions

• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vr777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a User on the vr777 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account on vr777, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update vr777 of any changes.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify vr777 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

vr777 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the vr777 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your vr777 Account balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. e-Wallet deposits via Touch n Go and Boost are typically credited within one (1) minute. Bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and FPX are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet recipients. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day.
• vr777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which vr777 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the vr777 Account holder. Third-party payment processing is strictly prohibited.
• vr777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

vr777 offers various promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all vr777 bonuses:

• Bonus Funds credited to your vr777 Account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games or betting markets as specified in the relevant promotion. Use of Bonus Funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• Each promotion is available to eligible registered members only and may not be combined with other active promotions unless expressly stated.

• Bonus Funds that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only Real Money Funds (deposits and verified winnings net of applicable bonuses) are withdrawable prior to wagering requirement satisfaction.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vr777 platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as published by the respective game provider. By participating in any game on vr777, you agree to abide by those rules. The following general provisions apply across all games and betting activities on the platform:

• You are responsible for ensuring you understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the vr777 platform without the prior written consent of vr777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vr777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the vr777 platform or its Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

vr777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you to your vr777 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination & Account Closure

vr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• Any regulatory requirement or directive from a competent authority.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting vr777 customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no wagering requirements remain outstanding.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which vr777 holds its gaming licence. Where changes are material, vr777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the vr777 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
